How will I know what time to book?

Give us a call or send us an email and we will be glad to coordinate your cleaning service. Appointment times are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm. And weekends upon request.
Cleaning Supplies
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
We bring all of our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors as an example), feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us.
Do you do green cleaning or have eco-friendly products?
We are currently in the process of offering green cleans. Please check back regularly for updates. Once available (very soon) you will simply be able to request eco-friendly products for your cleaning service.

Recurring Service

How do I sign up for recurring service?
Simply select your desired frequency of cleaning on our booking form, and we'll set everything up from there. We offer discounts of 15% off for weekly, 10% off for every 2 weeks, and 10% off for every month.
Is a long-term contract required for service?
No contract is required. Simply schedule your desired cleaning and we will be there. Just please be sure if you need to cancel to do so 24 hours before the service to avoid additional fees.
Do I have to contact you every time for a cleaning?
No, once you schedule a recurring service we will be there at the scheduled time. We will also send out a reminder email or text the day before the service.

Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo, PayPal, ATHmovil (in Puerto Rico) and personal checks. Please note, should any personal check be returned for insufficient funds, a fee of $30 will be assessed.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash. You can feel free to tip your cleaning professional in cash if you would like, but all service payments should be made via the aforementioned means.
Is tip included?
Tip is not included in the service price. If you want to leave a tip, you can either add it to your form of payment (the cleaners receive 100% of the tip) or you can tip them in cash. All tips are greatly appreciated. Please note that tip is non-refundable after the time of service.

How are The Cleaning Fairies handling COVID-19?
Our main top priority is the safety of our cleaners and clients. We recommend that you also review the CDCs guidelines for proactive ways to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Some of these include:

Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;

Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose, and mouth;

Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and

Social distancing.
We also ask that all customers follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your cleanings. Other recommendations for customers include:

Stay in a room separate from the one your fairy is cleaning. This will allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and also maintain the person-to-person distance currently recommended by the CDC.

Please cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the health of those living in your home or your cleaner.
