Airbnb Rental Cleaning 

If you own a vacation rental, you need your home looking spotless and always ready for guests, but this can be a time-consuming job. With our Vacation Rental turnaround cleaning service, we provide you with an outstanding cleaning job at an affordable price. Our dedicated cleaning fairies are true professionals and make sure your home is welcoming and perfectly cleaned for all your guests. In addition, we can monitor inventory of all amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hand/body soaps, coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels or anything else you like for your guests.

 

BELOW  IS OUR CLEANING CHECKLIST FOR OUR EMPLOYEES ~ USED TO ENSURE A SPOTLESS AND CONSISTENT CLEAN EVERY TIME!

 

**Please note in your booking that you are scheduling a Vacation Rental cleaning. Note specific instructions of how you want the turnaround service completed for your guests.**

VACATION RENTAL CLEANING CHECKLIST 

When entering each unit: before you clean 

☑ Check if all ACs, Tvs, check if any plumbing issues (toilets, sinks, etc.)

☑ Check all windows and doors are locked. Check smoke detectors are on and the light is flashing.

☑ Please check the house for any new stains, scratches, marks, damage or missing items. If so:

☑ Take pictures and send a description especially if there are any issues. 

(We need to report any issues before 11am)

☑ All guests are reviewed on a X star rating scale on cleanliness and observance of house rules. If you can provide a very brief description of how the guests left the house (whether clean or not) that is very helpful. 

(You can let us know after the clean)

 

Laundry

☑ Pull off and wash all bed sheets, towels, throws (if necessary) 

!!! Start the laundry before cleaning !!!

 

Washer

☑ Fill detergent tray to normal line

☑ Fill bleach tray halfway

☑ Select Express wash and press start

 

Dryer

☑ clean lint filter 

☑ Select Normal. 

Kitchen and Living Room 

☑ Dust 

☑ Spray and wipe down all surfaces 

☑ Wipe down counters in kitchen, doors if dirty, light switches

☑ Wipe down plants IF built up dust

☑ Put away dishes in cabinets once dry

☑ Clean dishes and display properly 

☑ Clean stove top 

☑ Wipe microwave, dishwasher, and fridge and handles 

☑ Empty fridge. If anything is not opened, you may leave or take home. Always leave condiments if left behind.  

☑ Replace dish towels 

☑ Clean microwave, toaster, and coffee machine

☑ Sweep and mop floors

☑ Wipe down stool seats and their chrome bottoms

☑ Vacuum living room rug

☑ Vacuum couch lightly

☑ Scrub sink with abrasive sponge

☑ Clean kitchen faucet

☑ Restock paper towels

☑ Check/restock dish soap (if needed) 

☑ Clean garbage can (inside/outside of lid) if needed. 

☑ At the end of cleaning, take out trash

Bedrooms

☑ Make bed/put on new sheets (make sure beds are made as shown in photos)  fold extra sheets and towels and put in storage bin. 

☑ Wipe down nightstand,bed frames,window sills if necessary. 

☑ Wipe down glass

☑ sweep and mop

Bathrooms

☑ Spray and wipe counter

☑ Clean sink and faucets thoroughly

☑ Shake out rug - do not vacuum. Wash if necessary

☑ Clean toilet outside/inside - should be spotless

☑ Check shampoo & conditioner and soap (restock if needed)

☑ Clean mirrors 

☑ Restock toilet paper (2 in each restroom) if extras from previous guest.. Do a toilet paper Origami fold.

☑ Scrub tub and shower shelf

☑ Clean dishes and display properly 

☑ Place trash bag in mini trash can (leave 2 extra bags underneath) 

Before you leave:

☑ Make sure all ACs and lights are turned off

☑ Take photos or video and send to Management

☑ Make sure all doors are locked

 

For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. All extras add on an additional hour of time and cost.
